Return and Exchange Policy
We believe that the design details, quality, and safety of our products will meet or even exceed your expectations. Of course, we respect and value every customer, as your trust is very important to us, and we hope you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request a modification or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has entered production and can no longer be modified.
Note: Credit card companies have varying times for refunds to appear on customer records, so please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
At Retailwang.com, we make every effort to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive damaged goods or the wrong product. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence! But if it happens, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and offer a free replacement or refund for the affected items.
We only need your order number and a clear photo showing the damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us via email at sales@retailwang.com.
Order Not Received
If your item has not been delivered and customer service confirms the package is lost, please contact our customer service via the "Contact Us" page to request a free replacement or a full refund. (Please note, this policy does not cover errors caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.) For packages still in transit and within the normal shipping timeframe, cancellations and refunds are not available. Please be patient while awaiting delivery.
Returns
We only accept returns within 15 days of the customer receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. We do not accept any items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Please email sales@retailwang.com to contact our after-sales customer service. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. We do not accept items returned without prior approval. Once your return is approved, please send the package within 5 days. Do not send returns to the address on the package. Our customer service will provide the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Refund Policy
Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Refunds include the product price and shipping costs.
Other Cases: Refunds will only cover the product price, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
After receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
